And worse, we all too often see an incredibly well crafted Brand, with a beautifully integrated customer experience, delivered as a disjointed mix of digital, product, technology, and service, that consequently fails to win a customer’s wallet.

Yes there’s often need for some project management discipline, but often, more importantly, there’s need for communicating a clear story to help the whole team maintain focus on delivering the customer vision. Of course there’s also need for just being honest about when things get stuck, or test badly, or become obsolete, it’s often the relentless pursuit of the pet project that handicaps an organisations broader delivery success.
